Real Estate in the Portland, Oregon metro area is on the move. 

As a seller, you may be feeling much better about your status.  Prices in the Portland metro market are indeed on the rise.  Although our housing inventory may be seen by some as rather low, there are obvious signs that the real estate story in the area is changing for the better.  Estate speculation is still very much alive according to the experts and there is still not total agreement where we are headed next.   But let’s be honest   – it depends who you read or listen to.  However, we do know that interest rates are still at an all-time low.  And we don’t know how long that will or can last.  So is it really wise to wait? I don’t think so. 

My advice:  Start your search now.   Start exploring the varied neighborhood communities making up the cultural diversity of the Portland metro area.  What are the areas you feel most at home, or that excite you?   Move around and explore different areas.   Discover the wealth of options now available on the market – a wealth that we have not seen for some time and will one day go away.
